2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you visit our website, the following technically necessary data is collected automatically:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the file retrieved
  • Referrer URL (the page visited previously)
  • Browser and operating system used

This data is used solely for the technical delivery of the website and is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Contact form

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, the details you provide (name, email, phone, message) are stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Your data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

The form is technically delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your entries to us by email. The data you enter is transmitted to FormSubmit for this purpose and processed there solely to deliver the message. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.

5. Google Fonts

This site uses Google Fonts for the consistent display of typefaces. When you open a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. To do so, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
